Compliance with national and local plans

To ensure relevance of DAARTT’s contribution to the development of Afghanistan DAARTT activities are carried out in compliance with the strategies and priorities reflected in the planning framework of the Afghan government. This consists of overarching plans, such as the Afghanistan National Peace and Development Framework (ANPDF), National Priority Programmes and specific strategies, like the National Education Strategic Plan and provincial development plans.

DAARTT works in close consultation with national and sub-national authorities, adhering to all legal frameworks, regulations and technical requirements.
