Higher education

In close consultation with the Ministry of Higher Education, the following dormitories for female students have been prioritized for construction by DAARTT:

• Badakshan University, Badakshan
• Albironi University, Kapisa
• Paktika Institute of Higher Education, Paktika
• In addition, priority has been granted to the construction of a teaching building at Paktia University, Paktia province.

DAARTT is also seeking funds for the construction of:

• A gymnasium in the campus of Maidan Wardak University.
