Capacity building for M&E

Complementary to its school construction programme in Faryab, DAARTT has built capacity of the Provincial Education Department (PED) engineers for school construction management – in particular monitoring and evaluation of school construction. This included provision of and training in use of relevant M&E tools and equipment.

DAARTT also provided technical training to selected community members in various construction disciplines, such as brick and stone masonry, form and steel work for RCC, carpentry, etc.
