Review of prospects for prefabrication

As a separate activity, DAARTT reviewed the prospects for use of prefabrication technology for school construction in Afghanistan.

Since scalability represented the biggest hurdle to success, DAARTT continued to recommend a “wait and see” attitude regarding the prefabrication approach.
